Notes:

• The Villa can accommodate four guests as it has two bedrooms (bedroom with double bed & bedroom with twin beds).
• We can, also, add one extra bed in the living room space or a baby cot free of charge.
• Villa Grotta has a minimum stay of three nights. Above rates are quoted in Euro per night. Rates are not inclusive of the Environmental tax (15 euros per night).
• The guests have free access to the sunbeds of Elies Resorts on the beach. Also, Elies Resorts provides a discount of 10% for the Alkimo Pool Bar, Psammos Restaurant and Spa facilities to the guests of Villa Grotta.
• For the transportation to the island of Sifnos, we suggest you Aegean Sea Lines which offers a 25% discount to Villa Grotta guests (only for direct bookings by email or telephone). Payment Conditions:

• In order to confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% is required. The rest of the amount needs to be covered 15 days prior to the guests’ arrival.
• You can either proceed with a bank transfer to one of our bank accounts or the amounts can be charged to your credit card (VISA, Master Card or Maestro Card).

Cancellation Policy:

• Free of charge modification or cancellation up to 15 days prior to arrival.
• In case of any modification or cancellation within 14 days the total price of the reservation will still be charged and no refund will be done.
• No show or departure prior to the scheduled date results in 100% charge of the stay.
